So I just got back from a beautiful run in the woods and I am feeling
much happier!!I was still feeling a bit toxic, like not all the crap that had been dislodged during detox had actually left the buliding, better now! Sometimes a good bit of getting sweaty and out of breath (!) is the only thing that works. That and being outside, what a gorgeous day :-). Just whizzed up a yummy smoothy with berries, carrots, beetroot, ginger, little gem and half a banana along with some superduper Maca, lecithin and flaxoil. That should see me through till a late lunch.
